5. BOOKING CANCELLATION BY YOU 

You may cancel or reschedule a Booking until 20:00 the day before the booking for free.

For cancellations after 20:00 the day before the Booking, or if your cleaner arrives for the clean and is unable to gain entry or start the clean, you will be charged the full price of the Booking.

6.ELIGIBILITY

Customers must be 18 years of age or over to book services.

When cleaner agree to provide Services to a Customer, by law, a person must be at least 18 years old to enter into a valid. We require that all cleaner are at least 18 years old. For more information please email to us  at info@getfixly.com.

7.FEEDBACK

After you have received a Service from a cleaner, you may choose to provide a review and feedback of that cleaner/service, then we can able to improve are services. It is very important for us to make customer happy with our service.
